At Reed Feather Straw we carefully select products made my accomplished craftsmen/women and using the finest natural materials. We love each piece and we know you will as well.

Since the majority of our products are custom and made to order all of our sales are final, with the exception of products with defects or shipping damage. 

While all items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, on occasion mistakes do happen. We ask that you inspect your pieces upon arrival. Please note and photograph any damages and contact our customer support at support@reedfeatherstraw.co. We will do our very best to make it right as quickly as possible.
